Privacy Policy & Cookies

1. Who I am

I’m Mac300 — independent senior 3D artist. This is my personal portfolio website at mac300.pl.

2. What data I collect

The site uses essential cookies and optional traffic statistics:

• Essential cookies — tiny files needed for the site to work properly (theme, video playback state, etc.)
• Google Analytics (optional) — traffic statistics when you allow it in the banner.

3. Analytics choice

The banner controls Google Analytics.

4. Your choices

• Allow Google Analytics → enable Google Analytics traffic statistics
• No Google Analytics → leave Google Analytics disabled
• You can change your mind at any time by clearing site data in your browser

5. How long I keep the data

Your Google Analytics choice remains in your browser storage until you clear it. Google Analytics retains data according to its service settings.

6. Your rights

You can always write to me at m@mac300.pl if you have questions about data collected on this site.

7. Product enquiries / Zapytania o projekt

The /products form sends your name, email address, selected offer, language, project brief, optional project details, and any selected reference files to my private Discord enquiry inbox so I can review your request and reply by email. Please do not include confidential files or sensitive personal information. Reference files are forwarded to Discord without being saved in the public website folder. The form does not add you to a mailing list. You can contact m@mac300.pl about your enquiry or its deletion.

The enquiry form uses an essential, short-lived security cookie and private hashed rate-limit and duplicate records to reduce spam. These records do not store your enquiry text or files. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare processes verification signals to check for automated submissions.

Formularz używa krótkotrwałego, niezbędnego pliku cookie oraz prywatnych, skrótowych zapisów limitów i powtórzeń, aby ograniczać spam. Zapisy te nie zawierają treści zapytania ani plików. Jeśli włączona jest usługa Cloudflare Turnstile, Cloudflare przetwarza sygnały weryfikacyjne, aby sprawdzić, czy formularza nie wysyła automat.

Formularz /products przesyła imię, adres e-mail, wybraną ofertę, język opis projektu, dodatkowe informacje i wybrane pliki referencyjne do mojej prywatnej skrzynki zapytań w Discordzie. Dane służą do rozpatrzenia zapytania i odpowiedzi e-mailem.
